How does the survey reach guests?
Two ways: it is shown on the WiFi welcome screen after the visit, or sent automatically via WhatsApp/SMS. Guests never install an app — the survey opens in the browser.
Which question types are available?
Star ratings, NPS, emoji, multiple choice, yes/no and open-ended questions. You can customise surveys per venue and run different ones per device or branch.
Do you suppress negative reviews?
No — nobody is prevented from writing a review. Smart routing simply delivers low scorers' feedback to you first, so you get a chance to fix the problem while it can still be fixed.
Can I compare my branches?
Yes. Surveys can be set up per device or branch, and the panel compares average scores, participation and routing conversion across branches.
