What does Autopilot base its decisions on?
Guest behaviour data and the rules you define: it reads signals like visit frequency, inactivity periods and visit counts, then decides which campaign goes to whom, when and on which channel.
Do I stay in control?
Yes. In semi-automatic mode every campaign goes out with your approval; even in fully automatic mode the rules, messages and segments are yours. You can pause Autopilot at any time.
Can it message guests without consent?
No. Autopilot only works on the pool of guests who gave explicit consent, and it ships switched off by default. The consent flow is auditable and built to comply with local regulations.
Does it require technical skills to set up?
