Whichever channel the guest registered with: WhatsApp or SMS. Channel selection is automatic and both are managed from the same panel.
Can I change the message content?
Yes. Scenarios come pre-built, but you customise every message in your own words — and add a coupon or discount code if you like.
Are messages sent only to opted-in guests?
Yes. Campaigns only reach guests who gave explicit consent during WiFi registration; the consent flow is auditable and built to comply with local regulations.
How do I measure results?
