The guest side: on their phone, nothing to install
The portal opens full-screen under your hotel's logo and colours, in 6 languages plus Arabic (RTL). Guests sign in securely with room number and surname; their personal link lasts the whole stay and expires automatically at checkout. Housekeeping, extra requests, photo-based issue reports, room service, announcements and one-tap reception contact — all a few touches away.
The staff side: the whole operation, live on one screen
New requests hit staff screens with sound and vibration; the waiting, in-progress and completed flow is tracked with SLA colours. Room status board, job assignment, photo-verified issue closure, lost-and-found records and order tracking live in the same place. Staff install the PWA in seconds by scanning a QR; a manager summary screen shows room status and staff performance.
Management: you stay in control, setup takes minutes
With the Hotel Studio you edit the portal by tapping on a live phone preview — no code. Room QR codes are generated in bulk and printed; staff permissions are set per module. Integration with PMS software such as Elektra, Fidelio and Sedna, AI-assisted detection of recurring issues and downloadable reports are all included.
Request handling is a cost. Upsell is revenue.
Late checkout and early check-in cards are offered at the price your hotel sets and turn into revenue with reception approval. On checkout day, a review survey takes the front seat — satisfaction is measured as the stay ends, and consented guests can be invited back for the next one.
