RETAIL OPERATIONS
Forty stores, forty worlds.
One panel to run them.
Retail Operations is built for chains and multi-store retail: every location runs its own WiFi, campaigns and reports, managed from the center. Which store is winning guests and which is falling behind — you see it at a glance.
Three capabilities, multi-location control
Central management
All locations are managed from one panel; campaigns and settings roll out from the center and can be overridden per store. Permissions are defined by region and store.
Store-level campaigns
Run targeted campaigns per store or region: local campaigns under central control. Openings, stock clearance or regional offers — location by location.
Comparative reporting
Compare guest counts, returns and campaign performance across locations side by side; spot the underperforming store with data.
From anonymous visitor to segmented customer
People walk in and out of your stores every day, and for most of them all you know is that they came. Retail Operations turns that visitor into an identified customer: a profile is created at WiFi signup, and RFM segmentation labels who visits often, who is drifting away and who spends more. Loyalty membership, coupons and prize-draw mechanics run from the same panel.
POS and campaign automation work together
Identify
A visitor joins the store WiFi and an opted-in profile is created; the POS integration ties purchase signals to the profile.
Segment
The RFM engine labels each customer by behavior: frequent, drifting away, high-spending.
Bring them back
Campaign automation sends the right offer to the right segment over WhatsApp/SMS; returns are measured per store.
The whole chain, in numbers
Which scenario brought back how many customers at which store, which channel earned more returns — all in the panel. Head office watches the whole chain while each store manager tracks their own location.
