Can I manage campaigns per store?
Yes. Campaigns can roll out chain-wide from the center or be set up separately for a single store or region. Permissions are also defined per region and store.
What does RFM segmentation do?
RFM groups customers by how recently, how often and how much they engage. A "we miss you" campaign goes to drifting customers and a loyalty offer to frequent ones — instead of the same message to everyone.
Does it work with my existing network hardware?
Yes. Useroam ships with ready integrations for Sophos, FortiGate, MikroTik, Palo Alto, Zyxel and Ruijie among other common network devices; no hardware replacement is required.
