Do guests need to install an app?
No. The guest portal opens in the browser from a room QR code or the WiFi welcome screen, and a room number plus surname keeps the link personal for the whole stay.

SMS and WhatsApp verification work on any phone number, so domestic and international guests connect equally fast. The portal is multilingual, with Arabic RTL support included.
